The Student Fair in Grieghallen is just around the corner! 🤹 Here you'll find everything your student association needs to know about the event.

Every year, The Student Fair in Grieghallen welcomes thousands of students who want to explore student life in Bergen. It gives your student organization a unique opportunity to meet new students, showcase your activities, and recruit new members.
Once you have submitted the registration form, you will receive a confirmation by email. We will also send practical information and updates in advance of Studenttorget.
More Than 100 Ascosiations Have Already Registered
Previously, we displayed all registered organizations in one long list. Now, we have made it easier for students to find their way around!
In the new organization directory, students can see which organizations are participating in Studenttorget and use search and filter functions to find exactly the organizations they would like to get to know.
Only organizations with their own profile are displayed in the organization directory. If you have not yet created an account, this is a great opportunity to do so. Having a profile makes your organization visible to students who are planning which organizations they want to get to know at Studenttorget. Get started with the Organization Portal.

Main entrance at the pointed end of Grieghallen
Setup
The doors open at 10:00 AM. Booth placement within your designated area is on a first-come, first-served basis. A floor plan will be distributed before the event.
Dismantling
Studenttorget ends at 5:00 PM. All exhibitors must leave Grieghallen by 6:00 PM.
Parking
Temporary parking is available outside the main entrance during setup and dismantling. Please contact us in advance.
🤹 Booth Information
Floor Plan
The floor plan will be published on this page a couple of days before the event and sent to your organization by email.
Tables
All organizations will receive at least one table, approximately 140 Ă— 60 cm. Standing tables will also be available as an option.
Chairs
A limited number of chairs will be available in the venue and may be shared among exhibitors. We cannot guarantee enough chairs for everyone staffing a booth.
Electricity
Power outlets are available in the floor throughout most of the venue. Grieghallen also has a number of extension cords that organizations may use.
What Is Allowed at Your Booth
You are welcome to hand out food and drinks at your booth. Making waffles, brewing coffee, or similar activities is permitted but carried out at your own responsibility.
Sustainability
We encourage all organizations to make sustainable choices when setting up their booths. Please also remember to sort and recycle all waste appropriately.
