About the event

On Tuesday, August 18, we are hosting an open rehearsal! We have openings in all voice sections and warmly invite curious women in Bergen who enjoy singing and would like to explore choir singing with us.

We will meet at Christie Krybbe School (Vetrlidsallmenningen 10) at 6:00 PM.

Please arrive a little before 6:00 PM, as the entrance door will be locked at 6:00 PM. Our rehearsal runs from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a break from 7:30 PM to 7:45 PM.

If you wish, you can take your audition immediately after the rehearsal, or arrange one with our conductor, Mikael, at a later date.

You do not need to be a professional singer or have extensive knowledge of folk music. As a member of Multa Paucis, you should:

🎵 Have basic music-reading skills
🎵 Have some experience singing in a choir
🎵 Be willing to sing confidently and let your voice be heard
🎵 And, most importantly, be open-minded!

We love experimenting with music and exploring new forms of expression.

Multa Paucis is an internationally award-winning women's chamber choir whose members range in age from 20 to 39. The choir maintains a high level of activity, with numerous concerts, recordings, and regular collaborations with local cultural organizations and some of Norway's leading folk musicians.

Our two albums, "Iris" and "Ved myrke midnattstid", are both available on all major music streaming platforms.
