About the event

Ladies, gentlemen and everyone in between!

Force Marsjør Juzz-band is the student orchestra of the Faculty of Law at the University in Bergen, and we welcome any students that would like to join us in having fun, both with music and parties. Whether you play an instrument, want to learn one or just want a good time, we’re here for you! Even if you don't want to play anything, you are welcome to hang out with us (that's who we call "fotnoter").

We are a laid back, warm and familial group, doing our best to spread joy and have fun. We play a variety of pop songs, as well as whatever else we feel like. All members help determine what we're playing. When we're not playing (including after rehearsals), we hang out, have a beer, chat and play board games.
We also host and attend several parties during the semester, including a major festival weekend called SMASH with all the other student bands/"orchestras" in the country. All in all, we are a tight and personal group open to everyone who's interested.

Curisous? Then come pay us a visit!
We practice every Thursday at 18-20 in auditorium 4 at the Faculty of Law, UiB (Magnus Lagabøtes plass 1)! We have instruments that can be borrowed for free.
Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!
