About the event

BSI Karate has free trial training sessions for new members, both beginners and people who have trained karate before, in weeks 34 and 35.
It's Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-7 pm in the martial arts hall (dojo) in Sammen City, second floor. Train for two weeks and see if you enjoy it. You will get the most benefit if you participate in several training sessions.
The level is adjusted to the participants. Come to the open training in a good mood, in light training clothes, barefoot and with a water bottle.
