Our activities
We train the complete karate, the Matsubayashi-ryu style. It is both individual and collective training. You develop at your own pace. To succeed, it is necessary to practice with others, consideration and cooperation.
It is a fantastic way to get to know others.
A self-defense system where all elements are interconnected. You develop both physical and mental skills. A good club environment with both men and women at all levels. We prioritize getting a good gender balance in the club.
Training trips in Norway, to other European countries and to Okinawa.
The club's head instructor is the highest-ranked and head instructor for the style in Europe, the club therefore has regular visits from leaders and athletes from Europe who want to learn more.
If you have trained karate before, you can still experience more sides of karate than usual and gain greater understanding.
A form of training that develops body and mind. Can be trained with benefit throughout life, regardless of age and gender.
Very varied, always something you can succeed at. No competitive pressure, you develop in collaboration with others.
Very fun with classic weapon training (like a staff).
The results of the training are felt in everyday life, both mentally and physically.
We train in Sammen City, in the martial arts gym on the 2nd floor.
You don't need any prior knowledge to train with us.
Train for free for two weeks, Tuesday and Thursday at 5-7 pm, and see if you enjoy it. You will get the most benefit if you join several training sessions.
