About the event

The biggest student-run festival of the year will be held in Bergen from 5–22 March.

UKEN 2026 brings together over 1,400 volunteer students who create experiences for the whole city. Over 17 days, Bergen will be filled with culture, traditions, and genuine UKEN joy.

You can experience the award-winning UKEN revue, concerts in the Aula and the UKEN tent, a friends’ weekend, a world record attempt, and a wide range of other events throughout the festival period. There is something here for everyone.

The festival is Eco-Lighthouse certified and works systematically with sustainability at every level. Waste sorting, reuse, green purchasing, and energy-saving measures are a natural part of how the festival is run.
