The theme of the 2023 Student Life Conference was "Diversity and inclusion in student organizations"

Diversity and inclusion are not just words that sound good in statutes — they are essential for creating a vibrant, safe, and sustainable student community. As a volunteer, you help build communities where everyone can feel seen, heard, and valued. But how do we ensure that our engagement reaches beyond those who already feel at home? How do we make sure that diversity truly becomes a strength, rather than just a goal we talk about?

This was the theme of the Student Life Conference in 2023, where all participants attended a lecture by Lisa Esohel Knudsen, Deputy Director of Minotenk.

The keynote speaker was Rune Bakervik, Governing Mayor of Bergen.

At the evening event, Big Business Band played up.
