Where you can set up a stand varies between different campuses and study locations. On this page, we have gathered information on how to arrange a stand space at the various study locations.
Western Norway University of Applied Sciences (HVL)
Contact arealforvaltning@hvl.no to book a stand space at one of HVL’s campuses in Førde, Sogndal, Bergen, Stord, or Haugesund.
Studentsenteret (Student Center
Studentsenteret is a central meeting place for students in Bergen, with hundreds of daily visitors. Registered Student Associations with the Cultural Board can book stand space directly, while other Student Associations may be granted permission upon application. Remember to apply well in advance, especially if you need tables or chairs.
University of Bergen (UiB)
Student Associations approved by the Cultural Board can set up stands at UiB. The process for applying for a space varies slightly between faculties. Read more about how to book a stand at the faculties of the University of Bergen via the links below:
Faculty of Humanities: Send an email to studieveileder.hf@uib.no, or visit the information desk and make an appointment directly with the staff at the counter.
BI Norwegian Business School
Book a stand at BI by sending an email to business.bergen@biso.no.
Norwegian School of Economics (NHH)
Book a stand at NHH by emailing booking@nhh.no or by submitting a request via the form on their website. When submitting the form, select “Other.” Under “About the event,” write that the purpose is to set up a stand.
Kristiania
