On being the association’s contact person
Being the contact person for an association means being the link between the association and the outside world. As a contact person, you play a key role in ensuring good flow of information, keeping the association’s profile up to date, and making it easy for both existing and new members to find and get involved in your activities🧡

How to add a new contact person?
Existing contact persons can easily add new contact persons on the association’s page. Please note that to be added as a contact person, the user must already have created a profile on the association platform.
If none of the contact persons still have access to the association’s page, please contact Sammen Associations.
Best practices
Remember to update your association profile on My Associations every six months to prevent the association from being marked as inactive. You will automatically receive a reminder when the deadline is approaching. Make sure that the email address you have registered is one you still have access to, even if you change your studies, for example.
When someone leaves or changes responsibilities within the association, it is important that the correct contact person is given access to the association profile in My Associations. New contact persons can be added directly there.
Many students visit the association overview every month. This is a great opportunity to recruit new members, so make sure you provide clear and comprehensive information about who you are and what you do.
