Do you want to test your strength on the lifting platform? đȘ
On 19 September, Sammen is hosting a Lift Off competition at Fantoft â in true weightlifting style!
Here you can try the classic weightlifting exercises: snatch and clean & jerk.
This is a low-threshold competition suitable both for beginners and for those with some experience. You compete in teams of two, so find a partner and get stronger together!
Registration opens in August.
