New to student life in Bergen and curious about what Sirenene is all about? A seasoned student in Bergen and curious about what Sirenene is all about? Either way, we’d love to meet you!

Sirenene is the official female student choir at the University of Bergen, but you are welcome to join us regardless of which educational institution you attend. We need new singers and are looking for voices in all sections!

We are a choir filled with the joy of singing, friendship, laughter, and fun! Becoming a "Sirene" is about more than just joining a choir, it’s about becoming part of a group of amazing women and friends. What are you waiting for?

Come to our open rehearsal on Monday, August 17th, in Storelogen at Det Akademiske Kvarter! You’ll hear more about us and what we do, and there will be drinks with the choir afterwards! This is also where you can sign up for auditions. If you can't make it to the open rehearsal but still want to audition, send us an email at

OPEN REHEARSAL: MONDAY, AUGUST 17TH AT 18:30.
AUDITION WEEK: AUGUST 17–21.

For the audition, you’ll need to prepare a short song. Apart from that just come as you are!
Nervous? The audition process is very low-pressure, and remember every Sirene has been in your shoes!
