Kronstad X is turning 3 – join the birthday celebration🎉
On Saturday, October 3, we invite you to a birthday party at Kronstad X as we celebrate three years!
On the day, you can try our training facilities or join our special birthday group classes. There will be competitions with prizes and goodie bags at the classes throughout the day.

• 09:15–10:00 – Treadmill Party!
• 10:00–10:55 – Birthday Yoga Flow
• 10:00–11:00 – Birthday WOD
• 10:00–10:45 – Tabata Fiesta!
• 11:00–12:00 – Afro Fusion Workout
• 12:00–12:45 – Cycling Sensation!
• 13:00–14:00 – Lift & Run!
Whether you are a beginner or work out regularly, this is the perfect opportunity to get to know Kronstad X and try out the gym 💪
