About the event

Kronbar’s Spring General Assembly is just around the corner! 🚂

The General Assembly takes place once every semester, where at least 35 HVL students elect new members to Kronbar’s board, review the finances, and discuss any other proposed changes! 🙌

All students at HVL Bergen are part-owners of Kronbar, which means YOU get a say in how Kronbar spends its money and who gets to run the place :))

Whether you’re planning to run for a position yourself or just want to learn more about Kronbar, we’ll get started on 16/10 at 16:00. Of course, there will be pizza for EVERYONE, and the bar will, as always, be open for refreshments. 🍕

The following positions are up for election this semester:

🚨 **Extraordinary election: Deputy Chair**
The Deputy Chair is responsible for Kronbar’s entire volunteer team, with a particular focus on shift managers and bar staff.

📝 **Purchasing Manager**
Responsible for purchasing whatever Kronbar might need!

💸 **Finance Manager (1 position)**
Responsible for Kronbar’s finances, applying for external funding, creating budgets, and keeping track of income. There are two people who share this responsibility.

🍿 **Events Manager**
Responsible for planning and carrying out events!

🎟️ **Rental Manager**
Responsible for renting out Kronbar, handling contracts, writing minutes from board meetings, and posting internal weekly schedules!

👯‍♀️ **Deputy Chair**
Responsible for all volunteers, setting up the semester’s shifts and making sure they are filled, holding meetings for shift managers, conducting volunteer interviews, ensuring volunteers receive proper training, and carrying out volunteer satisfaction surveys.

👨‍💻 **Marketing Manager**
Responsible for all promotion of Kronbar, updates on social media, and ordering merch!
