Here we have gathered simple templates and useful resources to make it easier to keep track of your student organisation’s finances. The templates can be downloaded and adapted to your organisation, whether you are completely new to the role or already have some experience.

Budget and Accounting Template

This template gives you an overview of income and expenses throughout the year. It consists of four sheets: overview, accounts, financial report, and budget. The sheets are linked, and by using the template throughout the semester, you will gain a clear and well‑structured overview of the organisation’s finances.
