R&T - a religious studies journal

Religion & Tankar (R&T) - a religious studies journal, was established in the spring of 2025 with three goals in mind. Firstly, we wanted to contribute to the study of religion(s) by presenting, promoting and discussing themes, theories, fields and issues pertaining to what one deems as “religion(s).”

Secondly, we wanted to create an accessible, creative, but academically based platform where we give students and scholars the opportunity to publish their work, but also somewhere their work can be easily accessed.

Lastly, we wanted to aim for a journal which, to the best of our ability, will be both interdisciplinary and international, as the free flow of information, knowledge, and reflections of people with different backgrounds is something which we hope can help to foster a better understanding of ourselves, others, the world, and last but not least the phenomenon we for now call religion(s).
