The purpose of Lurkarlaget is to create a gathering place for students in Sogndal who are interested in the outdoors, and to introduce newcomers to everything the nature around us has to offer.

Our activities
Our activities mainly consist of weekend trips, where we organize a variety of outdoor activities and gatherings in the natural around Sogndal. These range from steep and exposed such as rock climbing, ski touring, mountain biking, and kitesurfing, to more traditional and slower-paced outdoor activities like camping, fishing, and cooking over an open fire.We also organize weekly morning bouldering sessions, as well as afternoon activities in the local area during the week, such as climbing at Kvam. In addition, we hold regular office hours where members can borrow outdoor equipment. Every year, we also host a christmas party, semester kick of trip, a ski day, and our annual logfest in Hoddevika.
