Direksjonsmusikken
Direksjonsmusikken is the student orchestra of the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen. Since 1963, it has entertained audiences in Bergen, across Norway and around the world, combining more or less traditional brass instruments with a good sense of humour. Its main mission is “to entertain ourselves and others.”

Our activities
The core activity is the weekly wednesday rehearsal at Rum. Rehearsals are open, and everyone is welcome. Each rehearsal consists of announcements from the board followed by a joint rehearsal, where we work on music and sketches. In addition to members and DGV, other interested students also take part for much of the year.Beyond rehearsals, we have performances and events, including Constitution Day in Bergen city centre, Ridderrennet at Beitostølen, the matriculation ceremony at NHH, Octoberfest, Christmas performances and an annual tour abroad.
