Our activities

We practice the Japanese full-contact martial art of judo, with a focus on throwing techniques that utilize grips on the judogi (judo uniform), as well as pins, arm locks, and chokes on the ground.

We also draw inspiration from other grappling-based combat sports and martial arts, such as sambo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ), and Muay Thai.

We train on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the martial arts hall on the second floor of Sammen City. We are always happy to welcome new members, and no prior experience is required :)
